remember when you're happy
for when you feel bad
when you're happy, even for just a little bit, make sure to store it.
print it in your brain
write a note if you need to. maybe even keep a log

so that, in the worst of times, you can remind yourself of when you were happy.
remind yourself that you went through a bad time, but were happy again later.

not so you're happy now, because you're not.
but as a reminder that you'll be happy again.
you managed to be happy before, so you can do it again.
